M/Y Sapphire -10 year refit

M/Y Sapphire 50 meter Trinity: Sapphire was undergoing full refit during her 10 year survey in Perth, Australia. Including paint job and a redesign of the seating and lounging areas for a more modern layout. The shipyard fabricated and welded the new seating arrangements onboard.

The team then flew to Perth to pattern the new seating and lounging areas for upholstery and wet covers. It took only 3 trips to Australia to fully fit out the exterior of the vessel with new upholstery and covers including patterning, installing fittings and fitting the upholstery and covers.

We were trusted with coming up with the concept upholstery colour scheme that was then chosen by the vessel. The large wet covers were designed for ease of use by the crew, and we chose the fittings for the upholstery and covers based on simplicity and effectiveness. Sunbrella/ Silvertex was used for the upholstery and cushions, Stamoid was used for the wet covers.

Custom neoprene fender covers were made for the Megafend fenders to protect the vessels new paint job.
